Landtech Management
Larry D. Overley, CLP
President/CEO
Prior to establishing Landtech, Larry worked as a project manager for a national landscape contractor leading numerous highly notable and visual projects all over Colorado. Larry is well-known for his commitment to excellence in service and quality in workmanship. Now, after starting Landtech in 1987, Larry has transformed Landtech Contractors into over an $18 million/year business with over 200 employees during the peak season.
Kevin Fisher
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Fisher has extensive experience in the landscape industry. His management and organizational skills has proved to be a great asset to Landtech operations. Since 1980 Kevin’s career in the landscape industry has given him extensive experience, Kevin’s ability to manage a team of superintendents and manage a multiple projects and work with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and architects has been very beneficial to our organizations success.
Kevin Overley
Vice President - Business Development and Public Relations
Since 1984, Kevin has been working in the landscape industry in both the management and construction of large commercial landscape projects. He is highly experienced in the office and field operations. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Mark Zeylmaker
Vice President - Southern Colorado
Mark began his landscape career in the summer of 1971 and since then has been involved in every phase of the landscape industry. He has worked in several states and in a wide range of landscape applications from Colorado, Wyoming, Indiana and Hawaii. His experience has allowed Landtech to develop a quality-oriented focus on the needs of our customers.
Hermine Schechs
Chief Financial Officer
Hermine joined our team in August of 1998. She has vast experience in accounting and management and has successfully developed and customized Landtech’s accounting system. She has also reinforced internal controls and has established a superior line of communication between her staff and upper management. Her dedication and commitment to Landtech has made her an extremely valuable asset to the company.
