Safety

Landtech Contractors place a very high value on safety in the workplace. This includes our offices and in the field. To ensure all employees are in compliance with company and Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Landtech Contractors employ a safety manager.

Safety meetings and training are held each month, covering a wide range of topics per OSHA standards. Guest speakers and professionals from the medical and insurance industry are invited to teach and share vital information such as new safety techniques to ensure individual and jobsite safety. Through our safety awards program, Landtech Contractors recognize and reward individual employees for exemplifying jobsite safety with zero personal injuries.

A good safety record is a win-win situation for both the client and Landtech Contractors. Having a good safety record lowers overhead cost in terms of insurance premiums, and will increase project and worker efficiencies. This leads to a successful project for all involved.
