A multi-use area in Westminster, Colorado, complete with a mix of shopping, dining, residential, office, and recreation The Orchard Town Center requires an elaborate infrastructure. With the first phase complete, it was our job to finish the storm water, and future-use areas of the project. We installed one of the largest wetland mitigation ponds in the area. Thousands of wetland plants and hundreds of trees were planted along with a meandering trail system, making it both useful as well as beautiful. We also installed tree-lined streets and over 100 acres of native seed. As the property expands, the infrastructure is in place to support future development.
