Located in Thornton, Colorado, Larkridge is a vibrant, outdoor shopping and dining destination for people living and working in the fast growing north Denver metro area. We installed the majority of this project in a very short time frame. Scheduled to open for the Christmas rush of 2007, we installed over 60 acres of landscape in a 60 day period. Landtech’s relationship with the developer and architect enabled us to complete such a daunting task on time and within budget. Larkridge combined an array of xeric and low water plants as the showplace for the city of Thornton and their commitment to water conservation. Larkridge has since matured into a destination shopping experience for the Denver metro area.
