The Beauvallon Project

The Beauvallon located at 9th and Lincoln in Denver is a 15 story luxury condominium project. Condo's ranging from $238,000 to $2.2 million. Landtech Contractors constructed the rooftop European-styled gardens on the fifth level. From this roof type garden, the residents can enjoy a breathtaking view of Denver's skyline and the front range.

Landtech Contractors received the Grand "Excellence in Landscape" award from the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado (ALCC), and this project was featured in the Rocky Mountain News.
