As part of the new Aurora City Center, the Aurora City Place is one of the main shopping districts in the city of Aurora. Landtech Contractors completed this very large project, on time, for the Grand Opening of the Aurora City Place.
Landtech Contractors is very proud of this project. The Golden Pond Retirement Community project was a past winner in the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado (ALCC). This project involved a major water feature, native landscape, and restful, sheltered areas.
Located in Colorado Springs on Academy Boulevard, Falcon Landing Shopping Center was completed by our Colorado Springs branch. Landtech Contractors maintains a complete staff in the Colorado Springs area to handle all landscape jobs from Colorado Springs south and as far west as Cripple Creek. Falcon Landing represents the best in shopping mall design and function. Not only providing beauty, this site also provides an example of low maintenance landscape design.
One Clayton Place is located in the heart of Cherry Creek. This area has many established businesses and Landtech Contractors’ mission was to manage the job with minimal disruption to them. Landtech Contractors have years of expertise in landscape management where established clients reside.
The Beauvallon located at 9th and Lincoln in Denver, is a fifteen-story luxury condominium project. Landtech Contractors constructed the rooftop European-styled gardens on the fifth level. From this roof-type garden, the residents can enjoy a breathtaking view of Denver's skyline and the Front Range.
Landtech Contractors received the "Excellence in Landscape" award from the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado (ALCC), and this project was featured in the Rocky Mountain News.
Piney Creek Park is one of the many parks we maintain. It is a multi-functional park being constantly used by clubs, team sports, and the general public. We take great pride that our maintenance activities have made this venue one of the most sought after in the area. Located in northern Colorado, this project exemplifies land use at its best – a unique blending of antiquity with the excitement of a disc golf course. An original grain elevator, lovingly restored, beckons both residents and guests to meander through miles of streetscape, punctuated with lighting, ponds, pumps, and water features including a natural water ditch to irrigate – a full reclamation system!
Gardens at Havana is a commercial project that transformed the outdated Buckingham Square Mall into a modern pedestrian-oriented outdoor retail center that has become a unique activity center for the neighborhood. Complete with a mix of restaurants and shopping opportunities, this project was installed with comforting plant pallets, eye catching outdoor features using planter pots filled with annuals, a variety of water features, and even a demonstration rose garden to enhance the experience.
A multi-use area in Westminster, Colorado, complete with a mix of shopping, dining, residential, office, and recreation The Orchard Town Center requires an elaborate infrastructure. With the first phase complete, it was our job to finish the storm water, and future-use areas of the project. We installed one of the largest wetland mitigation ponds in the area. Thousands of wetland plants and hundreds of trees were planted along with a meandering trail system, making it both useful as well as beautiful. We also installed tree-lined streets and over 100 acres of native seed.
Located in Thornton, Colorado, Larkridge is a vibrant, outdoor shopping and dining destination for people living and working in the fast growing north Denver metro area. We installed the majority of this project in a very short time frame. Scheduled to open for the Christmas rush of 2007, we installed over 60 acres of landscape in a 60 day period. Landtech’s relationship with the developer and architect enabled us to complete such a daunting task on time and within budget.
Monroe Pointe is a condominium property with all the features one would need in a metropolitan setting. We developed a landscape that is inviting, relaxing, and useful for all residents to enjoy. The contemporary setting was the inspiration to the clean look and feel of the landscape. Its multiple courtyards and the functionality of the patios make for great places to watch a Denver sunset, read a novel, or spend time with guests. We created a project that was awarded LEED gold due to its use of recyclable landscape products and drainage systems.
