History
Landtech Contractors opened its doors in 1987. We started out doing small residential work and limited commercial accounts. With a strong backing from our clients, we expanded our operation from two employees to 200 within 20 years. Our equipment increased six fold to handle the additional work coming in.
In 1990, we doubled our office space and began to offer snow removal to our maintenance programs.
With tremendous support from our commercial clients, we concentrated on commercial work only starting in 1994. Our goal has been to provide our customers with honest and professional work.
In 2000, we opened the Longmont and Colorado Springs divisions. The growth along the Front Range made it possible for us to open these office to better serve out clients.
2003 brought more change to Landtech Contractors. We opened our new Denver Headquarters at 525 Laredo Street in Aurora. This new facility comes with the room to grow!
Our clients have been and will always be our main focus of business. Landtech Contractors is committed to providing the industries best in landscaping needs.



Future Goals
Landtech Contractors future lays in the present. We know that to continue to grow, we need to provide the highest quality work for a competitive price. Landtech Contractors is committed to this goal.


Landtech Management

Larry Overley - CLP/President/CEO
Prior to establishing Landtech, Larry worked as a project manager for a national landscape contractor leading such jobs as the Budweiser Plant in Ft. Collins, Stonegate development in Parker, and the Lone Tree development. Larry is well known for his commitment to excellence in service and quality in workmanship. Now, after starting Landtech in 1987, Larry has transformed Landtech Contractors into a $10 million/year business with over 150 employees during the peak season.

Kevin Overley - VP Sales and Marketing
Since 1984, Kevin has been working in the landscape industry both in the management and construction of large commercial landscape projects. He is highly experience in the office and field operations. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Kevin Fisher - Operations Manager
Kevin Fisher has extensive experience in the landscape industry. His management and organizational skills have proved to be a great asset to Landtech's field operations. With over 28 years experience, Kevin's ability to manage multiple projects and work with general contractors, subcontractors, developers and architects has been very beneficial to our organizations success.

Mark Zeylmaker - VP, Southern Division
Mark began his landscape career in the summer of 1971 and since then has been involved in every phase of the landscape industry for the past 36 years. He has worked in several states and in a wide range of landscape applications from Colorado, Wyoming, Indiana and Hawaii. His experience has allowed Landtech to develop a quality-oriented focus on the needs of our customers.

Hermine Schechs - CFO
Hermine joined our team in August of 1998. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting and management and has successfully developed and customized Landtech's accounting system. She has also re-enforced internal controls and has established a superior line of communication between her staff and upper management. Her dedication and commitment to Landtech has made her an extremely valuable asset to the company.
